Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

BBS Safety stands behind the quality of our products and services we provide to our customers. Your concerns are very important to us, and we pride ourselves on making sure you are satisfied every time. If you have received a product that is either damaged or defective, please contact us – we ask that you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your product. A Customer Experience Specialist will get in touch with you immediately.
FINAL SALE
Please be aware that any product labeled as Last Chance or Final Sale is non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled and no future credits or additional discounts can be applied after the order is placed.. Furthermore, should any such item be refused or returned upon delivery, a restocking fee of 50% shall be applicable. In the interest of resolving any product concerns or issues, we encourage you to report them to BBS Safety within 3 days of the delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered "received free and clear with no exceptions." Please note that all Respirators are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
BBS Safety offers exchanges and replacements based on the nature of the issue. Additionally, we’re more than happy to help you order another product if your original order hasn't already shipped.
REFOUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
