All orders placed, confirmed and received within the business hours listed above will usually be processed and shipped out within 72hrs after the confirmation is received. (Processing time for orders placed after cutoff time, business hours, weekend and holidays will start on the following business day)

UPS Expedited Service Shipping Hours
Orders placed and expected to be processed and released on the same day with the below mentioned UPS expedited services must be received prior to the cutoff time as indicated.
For UPS expedited services: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. Daily cutoff time is set at 12:00pm PST In order for the order to be processed on the same day.
Orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Info
BBS Safety offers Free Shipping with UPS ground service within 48 contiguous states for all orders over $100. If free shipping optioned is selected, please provide us a valid physical address. UPS does not accept any P.O. Box addresses for final delivery. Free shipping offer orders will only be shipped with UPS ground service, if a physical address is not available for UPS delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the order due to this issue. (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offer) We highly recommend you to take advantage of this offering.
Actual shipping charges will be calculated base on the size and the weight of the purchased merchandise then added to the grand total of your order. Please be advice our primary package delivery service is UPS, with UPS our customers can benefit from the best discounted rate due to BBS Safety large shipping volume.
The turnaround time for orders is usually within 24hrs to 48 hrs after order is confirmed and received. We always try our best to process your order as soon as possible. However during peak season (from January to September) 48hrs to 72hrs of processing should be expected.
Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00pm PST cutoff time to be shipped out on the same day. If you have special requests or certain needs of delivery, please call or email us so we can arrange the best shipping method for you.
